Another Bundle of Cat Paintings at Whitby Galleries This Month

In the blink of an eye August has given way to the arrival of September. The past few weeks have been filled with furry feline capers, as always, so it can only mean one thing. That’s right, there’s a brand new bundle of cat paintings at Whitby Galleries this month.

New Cat Artwork at Whitby Galleries – Aug 2019 – Laundry Mouse (LMR526), Stained Glass (LMR531), Sore Head Ted, (LMR524), Cat Nap (LMR530)

They arrived at the gallery late last week and I’ve had an awful lot of fun painting them. There’s the usual mix of tuxedos and tabbies doing what cats do best. Sleeping, mouse hunting, and just being a cat in general.

No beaches or seaside themes this month as Summer is pretty much over with. There are however a few Whitby / nautical themed ones. You’ll also find, I think, my very first painting to feature stained glass, and there’s even a deep sea diver!

A little birdie has told me that there are a few paintings that have already sold but don’t worry. There are still plenty of cat paintings at Whitby Galleries for you to choose from. There are still plenty of paintings from July’s order still available to buy and there will always be regular new arrivals in the future.

Whenever I work on a new order of kitty paintings for the gallery I always find that I end up having a favourite one. One which I really enjoyed painting over the others. Not that I don’t enjoy painting. I love painting! However, there’s always one that is that little bit extra special for whatever reason. This month is no exception and it’s the largest of the bunch, Dill, Bay and Thyme. Which one is your favourite?

I hope you enjoy this month’s offerings!
