More Cute Cat Art at Whitby Galleries this Month
The past 3 to 4 weeks has been non-stop. Commission after commission, and a huge Whitby Galleries order means I’m behind with everything yet again! Massive apologies to anyone waiting for new ACEO art cards on eBay. I will have some new ones up for auction in the next few weeks. Summer is here. The fans are on full blast. Yup, you’ve guessed it. The seaside has worked it’s way in to my art again, and why not? What’s not to love about the beach? Apart from the sand getting absolutely everywhere!

While the beach cats frolic in the sands, the rest of them are at home causing mischief and doing what cat’s do best. That fat cat is back and he’s stuck in the cat flap for the 41st time! Another cat is clogging the bathroom sink, and their friend is celebrating his birthday with a tin of tuna.

It’s another varied collection of illustrations this month and St. Mary’s church (in Whitby) has crept back in to my work yet again. It’s also been a while since I painted any cats in boxes so I hope you enjoy my latest offering. I’ve tried to paint more varied cat colours this month and I’ve introduced a few brown tabbies. Hope you like them too.
Cute Cat Art at Whitby Galleries – A Day on the Waves
I always have a favourite painting each month. This month it’s the larger artwork I’ve been painting along side the smaller ones. It’s loosely inspired by Whitby and the fact that it’s a coastal town. A fun summery scene featuring a couple of boats full of cats and mice enjoying a day out on the waves. Oh, and St. Mary’s is back!

These delightful and fun cat illustrations are for sale at Whitby Galleries, 134-135 Church Street, Whitby, UK. They have all been professionally mounted and framed by gallery. The smaller paintings measure approx. 5 x 5 inches and the frames are around 11.5 inches square. Larger paintings are approx 12 x 12 inches and are framed to approximately 23 inches square.
