Postage & Packing Increase Coming Soon

Image informing of upcoming increases to postage prices.

Updated Saturday 30th September — My new postage & packing prices are now in effect.

Dear Valued Customers,

I want to personally inform you about some upcoming changes to my postage and packaging (P&P) prices, which are a direct result of Royal Mail’s scheduled price increases set to take effect on Monday, October 2nd, 2023.

Unfortunately, these changes aren’t minor adjustments but rather substantial increases of upwards of 40p for some postal services. As a small business, I always strive to provide you with the best possible P&P rates, but absorbing such significant price hikes is beyond my means.

These price increases will primarily affect my smaller lightweight items, especially those that can be conveniently pushed through the letterbox, with a value of up to £20.

Some of my new prices

I tailor my postage prices to the value & weight of the items so you, as a customer, don’t pay over the odds for smaller items. Over 50% of my products are small. Those with a value under £20 are sent second class, over £20 are sent Tracked48. My new prices for these services are:

Second class – £1.60 (was £1.25)
Tracked48 – £2.95 (was £2.70)

I am still working on updating postage prices for international and other UK services. The large increases may mean I can no longer offer free UK postage on lower value items.

When are my postage prices increasing?

I will be updating my P&P prices a few days before Royal Mail, late morning on Saturday, September 30th, 2023. Orders placed after 11am Saturday won’t be processed until the day Royal Mail’s price increases come into effect, this proactive step ensures that they reflect the new pricing.

Rest assured, I will do my utmost to keep my P&P increases as reasonable, and as low, as possible.

Your continued support means the world to me, and I genuinely appreciate your understanding during these times of seemingly constant price increases.

Lisa Marie
