Ordering from me during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak

Orders are now being shipped as normal. Any orders placed via Folksy, Etsy, eBay, or direct from me (for example, commissions), will be posted out within the stated time frame. This is usually next day for most items, but can take up to 3 days.

Please be aware that there may still be delays regarding delivery within the UK. Royal Mail are working hard to keep the postal system running safely. Please be patient. Your order should arrive soon.

Hi everyone! Just a little update to let you all know what’s happening with regards to posting out orders and creating new art over the coming weeks during the COVID-19 outbreak.
I’ll still be creating, painting, and posting orders as normal. However, I am taking every step possible to ensure that both myself and my workspace remain a COVID-19 free zone. This includes:
- Regular hand washing & sanitisation – making sure I wash my hands before I create art, before I pack orders, after I’ve been outside, etc. Wiping down frequently touched surfaces.
- Only going out when I need to – like posting you lovely people your orders.
- Practicing social distancing when I do venture outside.
Ordering from me is perfectly safe but you may have to wait a little longer than usual for your purchase to arrive. Many of you will have noticed that I usually post next day even though I have a max handling time of 3 days. Unfortunately, due to the outbreak I will be limiting my post office trips to just 1 or 2 a week. Please also be aware that Royal Mail & local postal carriers may also be under added extra pressure causing further delays.
Concerned about receiving mail?
If any of you have health issues, fall in to the ‘at risk’ category, or are just anxious about receiving parcels, I’ll gladly keep your purchase to one side and have it posted out to you at a later date.
Just drop me a message in the ‘notes to seller’ during checkout at my Folksy store or on eBay when placing your order. Alternatively you can get in touch via social media or the contact form here on my website. I’ll get in touch when things have calmed down to let you know when your order will be shipped.
The coming weeks are going to be difficult for us all but it won’t be forever. Thank you all for your continued support and if my situation changes I will keep you updated.
