Back to the Easel. New Tabby and Tuxedo Cat ACEO paintings

Back to work this week after a relaxing Birthday weekend and for the past couple of days I’ve been working on two new ACEO paintings. One of a sleepy tabby cat, and the other of a tuxedo eagerly awaiting the postman.

“Collection Time” is a twist on dog versus postman. If cats waited for the postman I think it would be more of a laid back affair as they lounged on top of mailboxes, just like the tuxedo in my painting. At least, I hope that’s what they’d do!

“Raised Bed” is my attempt at a visual play on words. A beautiful raised flower bed made from stone makes a nice little raised bed for a sleepy kitty.
