Lazy Country Days: New Cat ACEO for Auction

The beginning of 2014 has been one of the wettest, windiest, and coldest starts to the year I’ve ever known. The seemingly endless dark days are so depressing that you don’t really want to get out of bed in the morning. Unfortunately, you have to so on days like this I like to paint and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing today.

I love walks in the country on a warm Summer’s day so I chose that as my theme for today. A little bit of sunshine to take my mind off the dark miserable day outside and the cat in my newest ACEO creation looks rather content sitting on his gate. Blue skies, flowers, green fields, what more can a cat want?
